Yes. The web workspace adapts to desktop, tablet and mobile browsers. It connects to the same Shopmanager account and backend as the mobile application.
Create a repair job with the customer, device, work required and repair price. Assign staff and update the job as it moves from pending to repaired, delivered or cancelled. You can also manage dealer and bulk repairs.
Yes. The POS workflow connects products, supplier purchases, stock and sales orders. Quick invoices are also available separately for sales that do not use POS stock.
Browser printing supports A4, 80 mm and 58 mm paper preferences. The workspace supports English, Hindi and Gujarati. Printed receipt labels currently use English; printer compatibility depends on your browser and printer.
The current web app provides manual WhatsApp and SMS links. Automated delivery is not included in the web workflow.
The installable web app can keep previously loaded app assets available, but saving repairs, sales and other transactions requires a connection to the server.
